BEST OF: Who's Got the Best Pizza in North Haven?
This week we're asking readers what the best pizza in North Haven is?
When it comes to pizza, North Haveners have no shortage of options.
From Grand Apizza North on Washington Avenue, to Old Worlde Apizza on Whitney, to Giulio's on Middletown Avenue, the quality of North Haven slices can stand proudly alongside pies from nearby New Haven and East Haven.
So this week as a part of our new Best Of feature, we're reaching out to you, our readers, to nominate the best pizza in town.
Here's how it will work: today and tomorrow, we'll be checking FaceBook, Twitter, and the comments section of this article for nominations for the best pizza in North Haven.
On Friday, we'll tally up the top nominees and put them into a poll on the site. Readers can then vote for their favorite.
The winner will be announced at 5 p.m. Friday evening.
Tell us your top pick! The nominations begin now.

For years we were spoiled with Angelo's and the traditions of his Wooster Street roots. Luigi's continues the tradition. Right crust, sauce, cheese and toppings. Artfully done and consistent. Always good! This is the real Wooster Street style Apizza we all stood in line for years ago.
For me it is Luigi's - hands down.

We are fortunate to have so many good choices in town, but with the grandkids visiting today, grandma said she's picking up supper at Luigi's.
