Connex Credit Union recently supported North Haven High School’s Project Graduation with a $2,500 donation. Project Graduation is a 25 year tradition that is an all-night, substance-free celebration given to the graduating class by their parents and guardians. This year’s event will take place at Quassy Amusement Park in Middlebury and includes music, entertainment, food and prizes.
“I’d like to express my deepest gratitude to Connex Credit Union for helping to make Project Graduation possible,” said Arianna Battista, a North Haven High School student on the Project Graduation Planning Committee. “On behalf of the planning committee and my fellow classmates, we’re looking forward to a fun, responsible night to celebrate our accomplishments. Thank you for the memories!”
The goal of Project Graduation is to provide North Haven High School graduates with a safe environment to gather after graduation. The program is a joint effort of the North Haven High School Parent Teacher Student Association and the Town of North Haven Community Services and Recreation. This marks the fifth year Connex Credit Union has been one of the lead sponsors of Project Graduation.
