According to the North Haven Police Department, the lockdown at the school is not because of an incident there, but as a precaution in the neighborhood.
According to Sgt. Grimaldi at the North Haven Police Department, the high school building is in lockdown as a precaution due to a neighborhood incident.
Nothing has happened at the school itself, said Grimaldi.
According to police, in the neighborhood near the school, a person of interest to police is on the loose.
