Dream On For Aerosmith Drummer? Joey Kramer's Coffee Coming to North Haven

Rockin' and Roastin' will be available at Connecticut's Big Y stores, including the one in North Haven, by September.

By September, a new coffee line by longtime Aerosmith drummer Joey Kramer will be out in stores throughout Connecticut, including at the North Haven Big Y.

Right now, the coffee - called Rockin' and Roastin' - is sold mostly online. But The Hartford Courant reports that Kramer has signed a deal that will bring the coffee into all 30 Connecticut Big Y stores, seven Geissler Supermarkets and Cheshire's Bozzuto's by September.

Kramer started the company in April of 2012, originally selling the product solely online. The organic coffee feature beans from Ethiopia, Guatemala and Sumatra, according to the company's website.

"I think [Rockin' and Roastin'] is very smooth, which is the way coffee should be," Kramer told The Courant. "We're bringing it for public consumption at a very reasonable price because I don't think people should be gouged for gourmet coffee."
