We include recipes and demonstrate how to prepare a feature vegetable each week with the help of of our friends and fellow CSA members. Catch up with your friends and neighbors with a smile and good food at the end of the day. You can also catch Farmer Joe at the Wallingford Gardeners Market on Saturday mornings at the Railroad Station Green.
