Know a Community-Minded Resident or Organization? Nominate them!

The Community Services Commission has put a call out for nominations to honor a North Haven resident, as well as a North Haven company or organization, for their contributions to the community during the past year.

Do you know a local resident who's always willing to give a helping hand? Or a local business that donates time, funding or services to deserving projects? Or perhaps North Haven-based nonprofit organization that keeps a keen eye on bettering the town?

Well, the North Haven Community Services Commission is now accepting nominations to recognize and honor one North Haven resident — as well as one North Haven company or local organization — for their contributions and services to the community over the past year.

Nominations include completion of a one-page nomination form and providing a statement explaining why the individual or group should be recognized. Self-nominations will not be accepted.
