North Haven Arrests for Oct. 24 to Oct. 26

This information about recent arrests has been provided by the North Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Rudolph Diaz, 30, of Miami Street in East Haven, was charged Oct. 24 with four separate counts each of criminal trespassing for hunting/fishing/trapping and sixth-degree larceny. He was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: Richard Hannon.

Anthony Buemi, 28, of Windsor Road in North Haven, was charged Oct. 25 with sixth-degree larceny, fraudulent use of an ATM machine and credit card theft. He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 11. Arresting officer: Maurice Martin.

Carlos Cruz, 32, of Clay Street in New Haven, was charged Oct. 23 with breach of peace and threatening. He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 8. Arresting officer: Alexander Sinanis.
