North Haven Police Arrests for March 29 to April 4

This information about recent arrests has been provided by the North Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Brandon Harkinson, 26, of Hill Avenue in Wallingford, was charged April 4 with improper operation of a bicycle or moped, possession of drug paraphernalia or possession of less than 1/2 ounce of cannabis. He is scheduled to appear in court April 18. Arresting officer: Frank Castiglione.

Mary Lynn Nolan, 54, of Cindy Lane in North Haven, was charged April 3 with disorderly conduct. She is scheduled to appear in court April 18. Arresting officer: Clifford D. Hill.

Qawi Abdul-Wakii, 43, of Sheffield Avenue in Meriden, was charged April 1with two counts of third-degree larceny and one count of sixth-degree larceny. He was expected to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: Jason R. Janosko.

Michael Rivera, 39, of Grand Avenue in New Haven, was charged March 31 with third-degree burglary, manufacture and/or possession of burglar's tools, third-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny. He is scheduled to appear in court April 18. Arresting officer: John Norden.

Jean Fletcher, 70, no address listed, was charged March 29 with second-degree harassment. She was scheduled to appear in court April 1. Arresting officer: John Battlick.

Jeffrey M. McNicholas, 30, of Spring Brook Road in Wallingford, was charged March 29 with sixth-degree larceny. He is scheduled to appear in court April 11.  Arresting officer: Richard T. Hannon.
