Although Gov. Dannel P. Malloy stressed "hard decisions" and "shared sacrifices" in his first at the state Capitol in Hartford Wednesday, the governor's speech was arguably the hottest ticket in the state that day.
Politicians, lobbyists, local officials and invited guests packed the chamber of the Connecticut House of Representatives to hear Malloy discuss his proposed budget for the 2011-12 and 2012-13 fiscal years, and how it would impact them.
