Legal Workshop on Irrevocable Trusts and Asset Protection
In this class you will learn what is an Irrevocable Trust, how it is used to protect assets from creditors including the nursing home, when you should set one up, and what are the benefits of Irrevocable Trusts. There will be plenty of time for questions and answers.
This program is conducted in conjunction with the North Haven Adult Education Program. Register early as seating is limited. Attendees must register with the Adult Ed office. They can be reached at 203 239-1641, extension 2913. There is a nominal fee of $10. that the Adult Ed department charges.
