Program presented by Don Johnson
"The Old Leatherman" was a mysterious figure who wandered silently through our region wearing a 60 lb. suit of leather for over thirty years in the late 1800's. His story has fascinated residents of our town for well over 100 years. This program will recount the story of "Ol' Leathery," and his North Haven connections.
Don Johnson is a History teacher at North Haven Middle School, and has been interested in "Leatherman Lore" for many years.
