WALK TO END LUPUS NOW: HELP US SOLVE THE CRUEL MYSTERY
Walk to raise money to support Lupus Awareness all over the country

WEST HAVEN, CT- The Lupus Foundation of America, Connecticut Chapter, Inc. will be hosting their annual Walk to End Lupus Now event on Sunday, September 14th at Savin Rock Beach. Registration for the event begins at 10 a.m. and the walk begins at 11 a.m.
The Walk to End Lupus Now is Connecticut's largest lupus awareness event, and this year marks their 40th anniversary. "Lupus affects an estimated 17,000 people in Connecticut alone, but many people do not understand what lupus is or what it does, so it is crucial to increase awareness through events like our Walk to End Lupus Now," says Corrianne Gagliardi, Director of Development and Communications, "the walk will include fun for the whole family, make sure to come out and join us!" Gagliardi adds.
Join many walkers from around Connecticut for a half-day of fun, food and friendship with activities for the whole family. Walkers can take the trip through the 1/4-3 mile long walk to show their support in raising the awareness of lupus. To register for the event, please visit
