Patch's Poll: As Tuesday's Presidential Debate Looms, Are You Still Undecided?

Analysts say there's a lot riding on the next presidential debate, especially for voters who haven't yet joined the Romney or Obama camps.

As President Obama and Mitt Romney prepare for their second debate at Hofstra University Tuesday night, anticipation is growing about how each candidate will perform after the swing of momentum following the Oct. 3 debate in Denver.

Regardless of the outcome, though, the debates increasingly matter only to those who haven't picked a side.

Polls by the Washington Post-ABC showed in late September that 12 percent of likely voters hadn't locked in their votes. The Washington Post also cites exit polling showing that in 2004 "11 percent of people said they made their mind up about which candidate to vote for in the final week before the election, while in 2008 10 percent said the same."

Are you still on the fence? Are you leaning one way but willing to be swayed, or just completely confused about which way to go? Or does it seem impossible to you that some people still haven't made up their minds?

Take our poll and tell us in the comments, and if you are undecided, take our quiz to find out which candidate is right for you.
