Patch's Poll: Will You Watch NHL Games When the Season Finally Begins?

An agreement was finally reached on the 113th day of the lockout.

After months of tense negotiations, the National Hockey League appears to have reached an agreement with its player union.

The New York Times said on Sunday that ratification by the owners and owners is likely, which means that a shortened season of about 50 games would begin before Jan. 20.

The Stanley Cup would be awarded in June.

A collective bargaining agreement that had been in place for seven years expired on Sept. 15, 2012 — the start of the lockout.

Are you one of the fans frustrated by the long delay? Will you tune in to watch professional hockey games once they start again?

Take our poll and tell us in the comments.
