Submissions Wanted for Outstanding Junior Citizens
Whiz Kid, a weekly column highlighting the achievements of kids in North Haven is looking for submissions.
Do you know a kid or group of kids who are making a big difference in town? Has a junior citizen had a big impact on your life or the life of a loved one? From community service leaders, to musical prodigies, to athletic powerhouses, to precocious scholars, we want to hear about North Haven kids deserving of recognition.
Every week, Whiz Kid will profile a young man or woman about his or her achievements and goals. And we want you to be a part of it.
If you know a young person you would like considered for this week's column, please post your nomination in the comment box or email the editor (benjaminl@patch.com) with your thoughts. Nominations should consist of the nominee's name, age, school, outstanding deed (or deeds!), and his or her key to success.
