Last week I was making a trip into the Stop & Shop on Leetes Island Road in Branford and noticed a car parked nearly sideways in a handicap spot. It got me thinking about troublesome parking lots around North Haven.
Do you remember the woman who was hit while Easter card shopping in CVS on Washington Avenue when a car careened into the building last year? A lot of parking lots along Washington Avenue seem troublesome – let's also not forget the driver who collided into Liberty Dialysis off Washington Avenue last April.
