Attorneys to Try Again to Choose Komisarjevsky Jurors
Slow pace of jury selection is not a surprise.

A source close to the trial said that yesterday out of the latest jury panel called to the courtroom in New Haven Superior Court. Each jury panel consists of 40 to 45 individuals.
Most of those excused so far were dismissed because it would be a financial hardship to serve as a jury for the trial that could last three months, or because they have strong opinions about the defendant and could not make an impartial decision based on the evidence.
