Blotter: Two Charged with Violating Court Orders

The following arrest information was provided by the North Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Robert Frosolone, 65, of New Haven, was arrested on May 29 on a charge of violating a protective court order. Bail was set at $50,000 and he was scheduled to appear in court on May 30.

Agnieszka Ciochan-Newton, 44, of Cheshire, was arrested on May 31 on a charge of violating a protective court order. She was released on a promise to appear in court on later that day.

Two North Haven women were arrested on May 29 on charges of third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Lisa Digilo, 41, and Kyrie Vanduesen, both of Horseshoe Hill Road, were released on a promise to appear in court on May 30.

Naser Basujevic, 24, of Seymour, was arrested on June 2 for illegal possession of drugs, fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy. He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 14.

Darwin Xavier Chuquilla, 35, of East Haven, was arrested on June 3 for third-degree assault. He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 21.

Todd Tondalo, 39, of Wallingford, was arrested on June 4 on charges of third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy. Bail was set at $35,000 and he’s scheduled to appear in court on June 21.
