North Haven Arrests for Sept. 28 to Oct. 2

This information about recent arrests has been provided by the North Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Lynn Francine Giaquinto, 44, of Middletown Avenue in North Haven, was charged Oct. 2 with two separate counts of violation of probation. A total bond amount of $40,000 was set and she is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 18.

Kimberly Deveglia, 25, of Russo Drive in Hamden, was charged Oct. 2 with operation of a motor vehicle with a license and/or registration that has been suspended or revoked, operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession. No bond amount was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 16.

David K. Donahue, 32, of Farm Hill Road in Wallingford, was charged Sept. 29 with illegally obtaining or supplying narcotics, illegally obtaining narcotics and criminal impersonation. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 11.

Filomena Sgambato, 20, of Sackett Point Road in North Haven, was charged Sept. 29 with disorderly conduct. No bond amount was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 1.

Adriane Von Britton, 54, of Old Foxon Road in East Haven, was charged Sept. 28 with second-degree falsely reporting an incident. No bond amount was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 18.
