North Haven Police Arrests for Dec. 19 to Dec. 23

Robert C. Risinger, 51, of Blue Ridge Lane in North Haven, was charged Dec. 23 with disorderly conduct. He was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 24. Arresting officer: Thomas J. Talarico.
Douglas M. Thurston, 31, of Mayflower Lane in Meriden, was charged Dec. 22 with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to drive in a proper lane. He is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 8. Arresting officer: Jason R. Janosko.
Troy Tondalo, 36, of North Colony Road in North Haven, was charged Dec. 20 with sixth-degree larceny. He is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 8. Arresting officer: John Battick.
Dominique S. Williams, 26, of Sheppard Street in New Haven, was charged Dec. 19 with sixth-degree larceny and third-degree forgery. She is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 3. Arresting officer: James V. Brennan.
