North Haven Police Arrests for Dec. 23 to Dec. 28

Racheal Annette Gonzalez, 21, of Second Street in Hamden, was charged Dec. 28 with possession of less than 0.5 ounce of cannabis, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. She was scheduled to appear in court on the same day. Arresting officer: Frank Castiglione.
John J. Iaquinto, 41, of East Street in Bristol, was charged with fourth-degree larceny and issuing a bad check over $1,000. He is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 3. Arresting officer: John E. Wilcox.
Shelley Lucile Amen, 43, of Blue Ridge Lane in North Haven, was charged Dec. 23 with disorderly conduct. She was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: Thomas J. Talarico.
Jocelyn Consiglio, 39, of Hellstrom Road in East Haven, operation of an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of a plate, driving with no insurance and evading responsibility. He is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 10. Arresting officer: Thomas H. Talarico.
