North Haven Police Arrests for Dec. 27 to Jan. 4

Eli Bannow, 19, of Timothy Dryve in North Haven, was charged Jan. 4 with failure to respond to an infraction. No bond amount was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 17. Arresting officer: Clifford D. Hill.

Brian Bovicki, 33, of Rosewood Avenue in New Haven, was charged Jan. 4 with sixth-degree larceny. No bond amount was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 14. Arresting officer: Alexander Sianis.

Jessica Harris, 41, of Coach Drive in Northford, was charged Jan .1 with sixth-degree larceny and third-degree forgery. No bond amount was set and she is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 17. Arresting officer: Valdemar N. Queiroga.

Eric C. Kehlenbach, 43, of Carr Street in Wallingford, was charged Dec. 31 with injury/risk/impairing the morals of a minor and third-degree assault. No bond amount was set and he is schedule to appear in court Jan. 15. Arresting officer: Frank Castiglione.

Christopher Bonilla, 22, of Culver Lane in North Haven, was charged Dec. 29 with failure to wear a seat belt, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license and/or registration and possession of less than a 0.5 ounces of cannabis. Arresting officer: Jeffrey Mills.

Arnaldo Silva, 40, of Woodvale Drive in Northford, was charged Dec. 29 with third-degree criminal trespass on public land and breach of peace. No bond amount was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 31. Arresting officer: Michael A. DiCocco.

Thomas Richard Kilstron, 43, of White Hollow Road in Northford, was charged Dec. 28 with failure to appear in court. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he is scheduled to a appear in court Jan. 19. Arresting officer: Frank Castiglione.

Jocelyn Consiglio, 39, of Hellstrom Road in East Haven, was charged Dec. 28 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of a plate, driving with no insurance and evading responsibility.
