North Haven Police Arrests for Feb. 25 to Feb. 28

This information about recent arrests has been provided by the North Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Ronald B. Welcome, 47, of Anson Street in Bridgeport, was charged Feb. 28 with two counts of offering home repair without license. No bond amount was set and he is scheduled to appear in court March 14. Arresting officer: Maureen O'Keeffe.

Christopher T. Villano, 42, of Upper State Street in North Haven, was charged Feb. 28 with violation of probation. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he i scheduled to appear in court March 14. Arresting officer: Keri A. Macoig.

Todd Patrick Holroyd, 43, of Oak Street in Cheshire, was charged Feb. 28 with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence. No bond amount was set and he is scheduled to appear in court March 12. Arresting officer: Michael A. DiCocco.

Steven A. Dixon, 43, of Gilbert Hill Road in North Haven, was charged Feb. 27 with fourth-degree sexual assault. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Feb. 28. Arresting officer: John E. Wilcox.

Veronica Kivela, 73, of Drazen Drive in North Haven, was charged Feb. 26 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault with the victim older than 60 years of age. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and she is scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: Alexander Sinanis.

Olivia Barbarito, 18, of Coventry Circle in North Haven, was charged Feb. 25 with disorderly conduct. No bond amount was set and she is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 26. Arresting officer: James V. Brennan.
