North Haven Police Arrests for Nov. 14 to Nov. 21

Vincent E Celentano, 26, of Fortune Drive in North Haven, was charged Nov. 18 with sixth-degree larceny. He is expected to appear in court Dec. 6. Arresting officer: James. V. Brennan.
Terrance Jones, 26, of Butler Street in Hamden, was charged Nov. 15 with violation of probation. He was expected to appear in court Nov. 16. Arresting officer: Valdemar N. Queiroga.
Segundo C. Palchisaca, 35, Baldwin Street in Waterbury, was charged Nov. 17 with creating a public disturbance. No court date was listed. Arresting officer: Alexander Sinanis.
