North Haven Police Arrests for Nov. 24 to Nov. 28

This information about recent arrests has been provided by the North Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Joseph P. Quinn, 39, of Short Beach Road in East Haven, was charged Nov. 28 with fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy. No bond amount was set and he was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: Jason R. Janosko.

Eileen Frawley, 23, of Pool Road in North Haven, was charged Nov. 27 with possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond amount was set and she is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 6. Arresting officer: Learco Capozzo.

Jeremiah C. Coady, 55, of Mountain View Terrace in North Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct. No bond amount was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 26. Arresting officer: Anthony J. Santagata.

Arsene Ndabian, 54, of Boston Avenue in Stratford,  was charged Nov. 24 with disobeying the signal of a police officer, operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to obey a traffic signal. A bond amount of $500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 11. Arresting officer: Andrew Stavrides.

Sultan Al-Johani, 23, of Blake Street in New Haven, was charged Nov. 24 with disorderly conduct. No bond amount of was set and he was scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 26. Arresting officer: Frank Castiglione.

Nantiya Suphannafai, 21, of Quinnipiac Avenue in North Haven, was charged Nov. 24 with disorderly conduct. No bond amount was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 26. Arresting officer: Frank Castiglione.
