North Haven Police Arrests for Nov. 28 to Dec. 1

Scott Sibbick, 48, of Schoolhouse Road in Wallingford, was charged Dec. 1 with breach of peace. No bond amount was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 20. Arresting officer: Maurice A. Martin.
David N. Roux, 26, of Postman Highway in North Haven, was charged Dec. 1 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, evading responsibility, operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and left lane restriction. No bond amount was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 18. Arresting officer: Anthony J. Santagata.
Carie A. Thompson, 43, of Barnes Avenue in New Haven, was charged Nov. 28 with sixth-degree larceny. A bond amount of $500 was set and she is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 13. Arresting officer: Frank Castiglione.
Joseph P. Quinn, 39, of Short Beach Road in East Haven, was charged Nov. 28 with fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy. No bond amount was set and he was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: Jason R. Janosko.
