North Haven Police Arrests for Oct. 19 to Oct. 23

Carlos Cruz, 32, of Clay Street in New Haven, was charged Oct. 23 with breach of peace and threatening. He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 8. Arresting officer: Alexander Sinanis.

Alfred Cody, 57, of Mix Avenue in Hamden, was charged Oct. 23 with first-degree failure to appear in court and a separate charge of second-degree failure to appear in court. He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 1. Arresting officer: Maurice A. Martin.

David Paris, 43, of State Street in Hamden, was charged Oct. 22 with disorderly conduct. He was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 23. Arresting officer: Ralph J. Rienzo.

Maria L. Piscitelli, 42, of Blakesley Road in Wallingford, was charged with disorderly conduct. She was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 23. Arresting officer: Ralph J. Rienzo.

Henry Cofrancesco, 42, of Hawthorne Avenue in Hamden, was charged Oct. 20 with possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 1. Arresting officer: Maurice A. Martin.

Jan Wiejkuc, 55, of Clintonville Road in North Haven, was charged Oct. 19 with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to drive in a proper lane. He is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 30. Arresting officer: Frank Castiglione.

Kenneth Jefferson, 39, of Maple Avenue in North Haven, was charged Oct. 19 with third-degree burglary. He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 1. Arresting officer: Michael Harton.
