North Haven Police Arrests for Oct. 24 to Nov. 7

Giuseppe Barone, 34, of Fawn Drive in Wallingford, was charged Nov. 6 with sixth-degree larceny and issuing a bad check between $200-$500. No bond amount was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 29. Arresting officer: Maurice A. Martin.

Eugene P. Criscuolo, 44, of Montowese Avenue in North Haven, was charged Nov. 5 with first-degree criminal mischief on public land, interfering with an officer, breach of peace and threatening. A bond amount of $5,000 was and he is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 29. Arresting officer: Learco Capozzo.

Barbara LaFond, 43, of North Avenue in North Haven, was charged Nov. 5 with failure to obey weather emergency order and two separate counts of failure to respond to infraction. A bond amount of $50 was set and she is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 29. Arresting officer: John Norden.

Bryon Nunley, 28, Norton Street in New Haven, was charged Nov. 4 with illegal operation of a CMV under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and illegal possession. A bond amount of $500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 29. Arresting officer: Anthony Santagata.

Steven Maynard, 24, of Middletown Avenue in New Haven, was charged Nov. 3 with possession of narcotics. No bond amount was set and he is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 15. Arresting officer: James V. Brennan.

Jason Mansfield, 32, of Edgerton Road in Wallingford, was charged Nov. 2 with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to drive in a proper lane. A bond amount of $500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 13. Arresting officer: John J. Gaspar III.

Richard K Shultz, 22, of State Street in North Haven, was charged Nov. 1 with violation of a protective order. No bond amount was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 2. Arresting officer: John J. Gaspar III.

Michael E. Olsyzk, 22, of Kennedy Drive in Bridgeport, was charged Nov. 1 with traveling unreasonably fast and operation of a motor vehicle with under the influence. A bond amount of $500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Nov.  13. Arresting officer: Thomas J. Talarico.

Curt D. Hart, 32, of Wall Street in Madison, was charged Oct. 31 with possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession. No bond amount was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 15. Arresting officer: Thomas J. Talarico.

Richard K. Shultz, 22, of State Street in North Haven, was charged Oct. 31 with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. No bond amount was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 1. Arresting officer: Alexander Sinanis.

Avian M. Palermo, 23, of Main Street in Wallingford, was charged Oct. 29, with breach of peace. No bond amount was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 8. Arresting officer: Michael A. DiCocco.

Richard Jackson, 27, of North Turnpike Road in Wallingford, was charged Oct. 29 with breach of peace. No bond amount was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 8. Arresting officer: Clifford D. Hill.

Michelle Martone, 37, of Tamarac Street in Wallingford, was charged Oct. 29 with breach of peace. No bond amount was set and no court date was listed. Arresting officer: Wade R. Miller.

Mark Kascak, 52, of Ridge Road in Stratford, was charged Oct. 27 with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to drive right. A bond amount of $500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 13. Arresting officer: Michael A. DiCocco.

Anthony Widdows, 30, of Moulthrop Street in North Haven, was charged Oct. 27 with operation of an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to displace a license plate and/or registration sticker, possession of a controlled substance, possession of less than half an ounce of cannabis and weapons in a motor vehicle. No bond amount was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 8.  Arresting officer: Frank Castliglione.

Qiang Qiu, 30, of Whitney Avenue in Hamden, was charged Oct. 27 with leaving a child unattended. No bond amount was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 8. Arresting officer: John J. Gaspar III.
