North Haven Police Arrests from April 24 to May 2
This information about recent arrests has been provided by the East Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.
Angel Edward Gandia, 36, listed as homeless, was charged May 2 with first-degree failure to appear in court. He was scheduled to appear in court May 5. Arresting officer: Frank Castiglione.
James Kulewicz, 57, of Quinnipiac Avenue in North Haven, was charged May 1 with second-degree failure to appear in court, operation of an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of a plate, driving with no insurance and operation of a motor vehicle with a registration and/or license that has been suspended or revoked. He is scheduled to appear in court May 13. Arresting officer: Frank Castiglione.
Timothy P. Morrell, 43, of Quinnipiac Avenue in New Haven, was charged April 29, with operation of an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of a plate, driving with no insurance and operation of a motor vehicle under the influence. He is scheduled to appear in court June 4. Arresting officer: Frank Castiglione.
Tracey Clark, 44, of Terrace Gardens in Wallingford, was charged April 29 with sixth-degree larceny. She was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: Valdemar N. Queiroga.
Edvin Aguilar, 39, of Redfield Street in New Haven, was charged April 26 with third-degree larceny and falsely reporting an incident. He was scheduled to appear in court May 9. Arresting officer: Matthew Falcon.
