North Haven Police Blotter: Aug. 10 – Aug. 17

The following information was provided by the North Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

David R. Weaver, 52, of 44 Forst St, Hartford was charged with third degree forgery and criminal attempt on Thursday, Aug. 16. The court date is Aug. 30.

Brandon Dileva, 19, of 141 Valley St., New Haven was charged with two counts of fourth degree sexual assault and two counts of injury/risk of injury/impairing morals on Wednesday, Aug. 15. The court date is Aug. 30.

Tavonne Dangerfield, 21, of 181 White St., Danbury was charged with evading responsibility on Tuesday, Aug. 14. The court date is Aug. 28.

Frederick Keller, 41, of 1051 Forrest Nelson Blvd. Apt. L203, Port Charles, Fla. was charged with refusing to be fingerprinted, disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order, and threatening on Tuesday, Aug. 14. Bond was set at $15,000 for the violation charge and the court date was the next day.

Bryon Otoniel Lopez Aguilar, 20, of 258 Lombard St., New Haven was charged with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and operation of a motor vehicle without a license on Sunday, Aug. 12. Bond was set at $500 for the operation under the influence charge and the court date is Aug. 28.

Janet Abely, 31, of 84 George St., East Haven was charged with sixth degree larceny on Saturday, Aug. 11. The court date is Aug. 23.

Theresa Lucibello, 54, of 225 Glen Haven, New Haven was charged with sixth degree larceny, interfering with an officer, and assault on an officer on Saturday, Aug. 11. Bond was set at $50,000 for the assault charge and the court date is Aug. 23.

Stephen D. Cusano, 20, 2 Pez St., North Haven, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to obey a stop sign on Saturday, Aug. 11. Bond was set at $500 for the operation under the influence charge and the court date is Aug. 21.

Jennifer Aurora, 40, of 416 Pool Road., North Haven was charged with injury/risk of injury/impairing morals and leaving a child unattended for 10 hours on Friday, Aug. 10. The court date is Aug. 23.
