North Haven Police Blotter: Aug. 17 – Aug. 26

The following information was provided by the North Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Rodney G. Williams, 46, of 23 Benedict Dr., North Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation, and first-degree unlawful restraint on Tuesday, Aug. 21. The court date was the next day.

Palmiro Gennaro Siciliano, 48, of 196 Denslow Hill Road, Hamden, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, traveling unreasonably fast, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, and possession of narcotics on Saturday, Aug. 18. Bond for the possession charge was set at $500 and the court date is Aug. 30.

Alexander Mishler, 29, of 480 Lombard St., New Haven, was charged with fifth-degree larceny on Saturday, Aug. 18. The court date is Aug. 30.

Hector Reyes, 30, of 1314 Quinnipiac Ave., New Haven, was charged with second-failure to appear in court, sixth-degree larceny, and conspiracy on Saturday, Aug. 18. Bond for the failure to appear charge was set at $5,000 and the court date is Aug. 30.

Michael Torres, 31, of 1314 Quinnipiac Ave., New Haven, was charged with having no insurance, operating a motor vehicle without a license, sixth-degree larceny, and conspiracy on Saturday, Aug. 18. The court date is Aug. 30.

Peter C. Horn, 22, of 47 Lawncrest Dr., North Haven, was charged with having weapons in motor vehicle on Saturday, Aug. 18. The court date is Aug. 30.

Dale Quijada, 22, of 222 Bassett Road, North Haven, was charged with weapons in motor vehicle on Saturday, Aug. 18. The court date is Aug. 30.

Joshua C. Lande, of 200 Wayland St., North Haven, was charged with traveling too fast for conditions and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs on Friday, Aug. 17. Bond for the driving under the influence charge was set at $500 and the court date is Aug. 28.
