North Haven Police Blotter: Aug. 24 – Sept. 7

The following information was provided by the North Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

James Lopez, 21, of 60 Stevens St., New Haven was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics on Thursday, Sept. 6. The court date is Sept. 20.

Rudolph Hagwood, 45, of 2 Hemingway Road, North Haven was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct and two counts of second degree unlawful restraint on Thursday, Sept. 6. The court day was the next day.

John E. Johns, 47, of 27 Centerbrook Road, North Haven was charged with operation of a vehicle while under the influence and improper signal for turn on Thursday, Sept. 6. The court date is Sept. 18.

Dennis Defrank, 28, of 166 Standish Ave., North Haven was charged with driving with a suspended/revoked license, failure to keep drugs in original container, possession of drug paraphernalia, and illegal possession on Wednesday, Sept. 5. The court date is Sept. 20.

Tricia Plotkin, 28, of 166 Standish Ave., North Haven was charged with drug paraphernalia on Wednesday, Sept. 5. The court date is Sept. 20.

David Paul Reuben, 30, of 48 Rolfe Road, Hamden was charged with failure to wear a seat belt and weapons in motor vehicle on Wednesday, Sept. 5. The court date is Sept. 20.

Stephen Albert, 46, of 630 Washington Ave. Apt. 6, North Haven was charged with using or tampering with a motor vehicle without permission on Wednesday, Sept. 5. The court date is Sept. 20.

Justin Moore, 43, of 120 Gravel St., Meriden was charged with drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics, and interfering with an officer on Tuesday, Sept. 4. The court date is Sept. 13.

Anthony M. Buemi, 28, of 18 Windsor Road, North Haven was charged with second degree criminal trespass and sixth degree larceny on Monday, Sept. 3. The court date is Sept. 13.

Joseph P. Mazzucco, 38, of 60 Rock Road, North Haven, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of plate, driving with a suspended/revoked license, and possession of drug paraphernalia Sunday, Sept. 2. The court date is Sept. 13.

Sean M. Dinneen, 22, of 58 Overbrook Road, North Haven was charged with second failure to appear on Saturday, Sept. 1. Bond was set at $5,000 and the court date is Sept. 13.

Jae H. Jung, 40, of 103 St. Andrews Circle, Wallingford was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence on Saturday, Sept. 1. Bond was set at $250 and the court date is Sept. 11.

Richard Greatsinger, 53, of 271 Noble St., West Haven was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, driving with a suspended/revoked license, and restricted turns fail signal on Friday, Aug. 31. Bond was set at $500 for the driving under the influence charge and the court date is Sept. 11.

James Louis Mentillo, 41, of 212 York St., West Haven was charged with violation of probation Friday, Aug. 31. Bond was set at $10,000 and the court date was Sept. 6.

Michelle Corsini, 41, of 48 Hillview Ave., Hamden was charged with disorderly conduct on Thursday, Aug. 30.  The court date was the next day.

Matthew Scott Angus, 20, of 90 Gerish Ave., East Haven was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to have stop lamps on Thursday, Aug. 30. Bond was set at $500 for the driving under the influence charge and the court date is Sept. 11.

Luis Morales, 41, of 425 Dixwell Ave., New Haven was charged with sixth degree larceny, first degree robbery, interfering with an officer, and conspiracy on Monday, Aug. 27 Morales was also charged with violation of probation and second failure to appear on Tuesday, Aug. 28. Bond was set at $50,000 for the violation of probation charge, $50,000 for the first degree robbery charge, and $750 for the failure to appear charge. The court date was Sept. 6.

Michele Elliott, 43, of 423 Skiff St., North Haven was charged with disorderly conduct on Monday, Aug. 27. The court date was the next day.

Marionex Garcia, 54, of 456 Eastern St., New Haven was charged with interfering with an officer, felony-class B conspiracy, and misdemeanor-class C conspiracy on Monday, Aug. 27. Bond was set at $10,000 for the felony charge and the court date is unlisted.

Jose Castro, 32, of 42 Banbury Court, Amityville, N.Y. was charged with manufacturing/possession of burglar’s tools, third degree criminal trespassing, sixth degree larceny, and conspiracy on Monday, Aug. 27. Bond was set at $500 for the criminal trespass charge and the court date was the same day.

Francisco Erazo, 18, of 42 Banbury Court, Amityville, N.Y. was charged with manufacturing/possession of burglar’s tools, third degree criminal trespassing, sixth degree larceny, and conspiracy on Monday, Aug. 27. The court date was the same day.

Julio Erazo Gonzalez, 22, of 42 Banbury Court, Amityville, N.Y. was charged with manufacturing/possession of burglar’s tools, third degree criminal trespassing, sixth degree larceny, and conspiracy on Monday, Aug. 27. Bond was set at $500 for the criminal trespass charge and the court date was the same day.

Jesus Zalaya Martinez, 34, of 42 Banbury Court, Amityville, N.Y. was charged with manufacturing/possession of burglar’s tools, third degree criminal trespassing, sixth degree larceny, and conspiracy on Monday, Aug. 27. Bond was set at $500 for the criminal trespass charge and the court date was the same day.

Lynn Francine Giaquinto, 44, of 396 Middletown Ave., North Haven was charged with driving with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane, and failure to have headlights lit on Sunday, Aug. 26. Bond was set at $500 for the suspended license charge and the court date was Sept. 4.

Erik Nastri, 29, of 213 Thompson St. East, East Haven was charged with two counts of failure to keep drugs in original container on Friday, Aug. 24. The court date was Sept. 6.
