North Haven Police Blotter: Aug. 3 – Aug. 10

Richard T. Alegi, 34, of 160 Remus Road, Cheshire was charged with breach of peace and threatening on Wednesday, Aug. 8. Bond was set at $1,500 and the court date was the next day.
Ronald Michael Franco, 65, 304 Spring Road, North Haven was charged with violation of a restraining order on Wednesday, Aug. 8. Bond was set at $5,000 and the court date was the next day.
Candace McGee, 24, of 6 Argyle St., Winthrop, Mass. was charged with second failure to appear on Wednesday, Aug. 8. Bond was set at $5,000 and the court date is Aug. 18.

Brian C. Richetelli, 26, of 15 Stanford Lane, North Haven was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal possession of a pistol/revolver, a class D felony, on Wednesday, Aug. 8. Bond was set at $100,000 and the court date was the next day.
Patrick E. Frawley, 21, of 70 Pool Road, North Haven was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia on Wednesday, Aug. 8. The court date is Aug. 23.

Alexander James Peluso, 29, of 1065 Middletown Ave., North Branford was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of a plate, no insurance, and operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence on Tuesday, Aug. 7. Bond was set at $500 and the court date is Aug. 21.
Mark A. Firulli, 29, of 24 Angel Place, North Haven, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction on Tuesday, Aug. 7. Bond was set at $100 and the court date is Aug. 23.
Anthony Bonanno, 25, of 131 Whitney Ridge Terrace, North Haven was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics, and possession of marijuana under four ounces on Tuesday, Aug. 7. The court date is Aug. 23.
Christopher Lawrence Brunner, 33, of 33 Montowese Ave., North Haven was charged with second failure to appear on Tuesday, Aug. 7. Bond was set at $5,000 and the court date was the next day.
Kenneth J. Norup, 55, of 111 Universal Drive, North Haven was charged with disorderly conduct and fourth degree sexual assault on Monday, Aug. 6. The court date is Aug. 23.
Samuel Philip Kent, 25, of 4247 Coolidge Ave., Lincoln Park, Mich., was charged with sixth degree larceny and conspiracy on Monday, Aug. 6. The court date is Aug. 16.
Justin M. Beaty, 20, of 36 Cooper Ave., Wallingford was charged with failure to display a plate/sticker and operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence on Sunday, Aug. 5. Bond was set at $500 and the court date is Aug. 21.
Scott Bradley, 31, of 22 Salvatore Court, North Haven was charged with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence on Saturday, Aug. 4. Bond was set at $500 and the court date is Aug. 21.
Richard C. Meeker, 41, of 8 Quarry Circle, East Haven, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane on Saturday, Aug. 4. Bond was set at $500 and the court date is Aug. 21.
Donna Fazzubi-Pera, 48, of 24 Martin Road, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence on Saturday, Aug. 4. Bond was set at $500 and the court date is Aug. 23.
Richard E. Pierpont, 43, of 56 State St., North Haven was charged with disorderly conduct and second degree reckless endangerment on Friday, Aug. 3. The court date was Aug. 6.
Stacey Rogers, 36, of 22 Stanton St., North Haven was charged with second failure to appear on Friday, Aug. 3. Bond was set at $2,500 and the court date is Aug. 16.
