Christine Mary Vitti, 47, of Noble Street in West Haven, was charged Dec. 3 with failure to renew registration, failure to have headlights lit, failure to keep drugs in their original container and possession of narcotics. Giovanni L. Acciardo, 46, of Middletown Avenue in North Haven, was charged Dec. 1 with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence. A bond amount of $500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 18. Arresting officer: Nicholas A. Constanzo.

Carlson, 40, of Clintonville Road in North Haven, was charged Dec. 1 with operation of a motor vehicle without carrying a license, operation of a motor vehicle with a license and/or registration that is suspended or revoked, criminal impersonation and interfering with an officer.
