North Haven Police Blotter for Dec. 4 to Dec. 12

This information about recent arrests has been provided by the North Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Dane Hanley, 27, of Sunny Side Drive in Northford, was charged Dec. 11 with possession of a controlled substance. No bond amount was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 27. Arresting officer: James V.  Brennan.

Kathleen L. Cipolli, 27, of West Ridgeland Road in Wallingford, was charged Dec. 11 with reckless driving, possession of drug paraphernalia and sixth-degree larceny. No bond amount was set and she is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 27. Arresting officer: John Norden.

Noreen Williams, 54, of Neipsic Road in Glastonbury, was charged Dec. 9 with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to drive right. No bond amount was set and she is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 8. Arresting officer: Anthony Santagata.

Joseph F. Giangrande, 51, of Spring Glen Terrace in Hamden, was charged Dec. 8 with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to obey a stop sign. A bond amount of $500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 18. Arresting officer: Joseph A. Sordi.

Vincent E. Celetano, 26, of Fortune Drive in North Haven, was charged Dec. 7 with sixth-degree larceny. No bond amount was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 20. Arresting officer: Learco Capozzo.

Daniel Merriam, 25, of Warner Road in North Haven, was charged Dec. 5 with second-degree forgery and criminal attempt, as well as a separate count of second-degree harassment. No bond amount was set for all three charges and he is schedule to appear in court Dec. 18. Arresting officer: Alexander Sinanis for first set of charges and John Norden for the harassment charge.
