North Haven Police Arrests for Feb. 14 to Feb. 22

Richard S. Baldino, 24, of Legend Lane in East Haven, was charged Feb. 19 with second-degree failure to appear in court. A bond amount of $1,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Feb. 20. Arresting officer: Maurice A. Martin.
Galo V. Zuniga, 41, of South Orchard Street in Wallingford, was charged Feb. 19 with interfering with a police officer and disorderly conduct. No bond amount was set and he is scheduled to appear in court March 7. Arresting officer: Thomas J. Talarico.
Holli Tapley, 34, of Pleasant View Road in Derby, was charged Feb. 15 with third-degree burglary and fifth-degree larceny. She was also separately charged with another count of third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and fifth-degree larceny. A total bond amount of $35,000 was set and she is scheduled to appear in court March 7. Arresting officer: Theodore R. Stockmon.
Benjamin Robert Edelman, 18, of Bradley Street in North Haven, was charged Feb. 14 with mutilated plate, traveling unreasonably fast, improper muffler, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a hallucinogen or more than 4 ounces of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and possession of alcohol by a minor. No bond amount was set and he is scheduled to appear in court March 7. Arresting officer: Frank Castiglione.
