North Haven Police Blotter: Sept. 21 – Sept. 28
The following information was provided by the North Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.
Eileen Goclowski, 49, of 92 Maplevale Drive, Woodbridge was charged on Thursday, Sept. 27 with possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession of marijuana. The court date is Oct. 18.
Adam Joseph Esposito, 25, of 59 Overbrook Road, North Haven was charged on Wednesday, Sept. 26 with violation of probation. Bond was set at $500 and the court date is Oct. 11.
Billy Wang, 26, of 30 Woodbine St., Hamden was charged on Wednesday, Sept. 26 with first failure to appear. Bond was set at $2,500 and the court date is Oct. 18.

Nicole Moore, 27, of 29 Elizabeth St., New Haven was charged on Wednesday, Sept. 26 with fourth degree larceny. Bond was set at $10,000 and the court date is Oct. 11.
Michael Holm, 33, of 9 Oak St., Branford was charged on Tuesday, Sept. 25 with failure to wear a seat belt and drinking while operating a motor vehicle. The court date is Oct. 4.

Julian Foster, 21, of 41 Quinnipiac Ave., New Haven was charged on Monday, Sept. 24 with failure to display plate/sticker, failure to have stop lamps, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale, or prescription, and possession of controlled substance or less than four ounces of marijuana. Bond was set at $15,000 and the court date is Oct. 11.
Maxwell C. Pieper, 20, of 12 Bassett Road, North Haven was charged on Saturday, Sept. 22 with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane, failure to keep drug in original container, possession of controlled substance or less than four ounces of marijuana, weapons in motor vehicle, third degree forgery, and possession of marijuana under four ounces. Bond was set at $500.
