Police Charge Men with DUIs
The following arrest information was provided by the North Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.
Stanley Bidon, 37, of New Haven, was arrested on June 9 on a charge of interfering with an officer. He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 28.
Nugun Davis, 29, of Hamden, was arrested on June 9 on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 26.
Clifton Buchanan, 45, of Hamden, was arrested on June 10 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, operating without a license and driving an unregistered vehicle. Bail was set at $500 and he’s scheduled to appear in court on June 26.

Matthew Baran, 59, of Stamford, was arrested on June 11 on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Bail was set at $500 and he’s scheduled to appear in court on June 19.
