Breach of Peace

A North Haven man was arrested on April 13 at 5:35 p.m. for allegedly disturbing the peace, police said.

Mark A. McKenna, 56, was charged with breach of peace and was scheduled to appear in court on April 16.

Larceny

A Guilford woman was arrested in North Haven on April 3 at 9:08 p.m. for allegedly committing larceny, police said.

[Name Withheld], 24, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and is scheduled to appear in court on April 26.

Failure to Refund

A New Haven man was arrested by North Haven police on April 13 at 9:30 p.m. for failure to issue a refund, police said.

Steven Stiller, 61, was charged with failure to refund payments after 10 days with written request, second-degree larceny and fourth-degree larceny. Bond was set at $100,000 and Stiller is scheduled to appear in court on May 3.

DUI

A Tolland man was arrested by North Haven police on April 15 at 2:50 p.m. for allegedly driving in the wrong lane under the influence, police said.

Marco Sartori, 45, was charged with operation while under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane. Bond was set at $500 and Sartori is scheduled to appear in court on April 24.

Robbery

A Boston woman was arrested in North Haven for alleged conspiracy to commit a robbery, police said.

Teana clark, 23, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, first-degree robbery, and conspiracy. Bond was set at $50,000 and Clark is scheduled to appear in court on April 26.
