Police: Three Arrested After Vandalism Spree to North Haven Homes, Cars

North Haven Police report between December and January the department received 24 separate complaints of vandalism, with marbles and BB's being used as projectiles to damage homes and vehicles throughout town.

The following is a press release from the North Haven Police Department.

The North Haven Police Department received 24 separate complaints of vandalism to both homes and vehicles, throughout the town of North Haven, between December 3, 2012 and January 15, 2013.

The vandalism consisted of both marbles and BB's being used as projectiles to damage both personal and public property. In the majority of cases windows were broken.  

Police investigation identified three individuals who were responsible for these acts of vandalism and arrests were made.

The individuals responsible are identified as Patrick Legrand (age 18) of Wallingford, Kyle Scalzo (age 19) of North Haven and Joshua Nettleton (age 19) of North Haven.

The three were charged with multiple counts of Criminal Mischief 1st Degree, Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree and Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree, as well as Conspiracy. $25,000 bonds were imposed by the court and all are scheduled to appear in Meriden Superior Court, GA #7.
