Report: North Haven Police Welcomes Newest Officer

Julie Hill was sworn in Tuesday as the newest member of the North Haven Police Department, according to a New Haven Register report.

North Haven Police welcomed its newest officer earlier this week, after Julie Hill was sworn in during a ceremony at department headquarters Tuesday, according to a New Haven Register report.

Hill most recently served as an officer in the New Haven Police Department, where she was part of the patrol for the Fair Haven section of the city.

North Haven Police Chief Thomas McLoughlin told the newspaper that the Western Connecticut State University graduate will fill a hole in the ranks created when a sergeant retired.
