Seventeen Arrests in North Haven this Week

Arrest Log, 3/4-3/11

The following list was obtained from the North Haven Police Department. Citations do not reflect convictions except where otherwise noted.

  • On March 11, Antony Natie, 46, of North Branford, CT was arrested for breach of peace. Natie was released without bond, and has a court date scheduled for March 24.
  • On March 10, Jevon Robinson, 27, of New Haven, CT was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Robinson was released without bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on March 24. Robinson is currently involved in two other motor vehicle and drug cases stemming from a December arrest. The next court date related to that matter is scheduled for April.
  • On March 10, Jorge Vazquez, 29, of Hamden, CT was arrested for possession of narcotics and possession of a controlled substance. Vazquez was released without bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on March 24. Vazquez is currently involved in a second motor vehicle case following an arrest made earlier in March. The next court date in the latter matter is scheduled for tomorrow.
  • On March 10, Chad Rowan, 28, of Fitch Street, was arrested for evading responsibility and following too close. Bond was set in the amount of $250 for each of the counts. Rowan is scheduled to appear in court on March 22.
  • On March 9, Shannan Audette, 24, of Meriden, CT was arrested on one count of larceny in the fifth degree. Audette was released without bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on March 24. Audette was arrested in January on another count of larceny in the fifth degree. The next court date in the latter matter is scheduled for March 18.
  • On March 9, Korey Streater, 24, of New Haven, CT was arrested on one count larceny in the fourth degree, one count robbery in the first degree, and two counts of conspiracy. Streater is currently being held in eleven robbery cases, five in pre-trial, and another six awaiting plea. The next court date for Streater is scheduled for March 15.
  • On March 9, Thomas Limauro, 49, of Franklin Street was arrested on one count of sexual assault in the first degree, two counts sexual assault in the third degree, and one count sexual assault in the fourth degree. Bond was set in the amount of $60,000, and a court date scheduled for March 24. For a more detailed account of Limauro's arrest, . 
  • On March 9, Frank Westervelt, a homeless man age 41, was arrested on one count burglary third degree, one count criminal mischief in the second degree, and two counts larceny in the fourth degree. Bond was set in the amount of $11,000, and a court date scheduled for March 24. Westervelt is currently involved in eleven other burglary, larceny, and trespassing cases stemming from arrests in several town, including Meriden and East Haven.
  • On March 8, Kenneth Popp, 65, of Northford, CT was arrested for traveling too fast for conditions and evading responsibility for damage/injury. Bond was set in the amount of $500, and a court date scheduled for March 15. 
  • On March 8, Andrew O'Neill, 21, of New Haven, CT was arrested for operating without a license, evading responsibility, and failure to drive right. O'Neill was released without bond, and a court date scheduled for March 17.
  • On March 7, Marcus Davis, 21, of Maple Avenue, was arrested for violation of probation. Marcus was released from prison following a conviction for criminal mischief in the second degree from August 2009. Bond was set in the amount of $25,000, and a court date scheduled for March 17.
  • On March 5, Ryan Gurga, 19, of Meriden, CT was arrested on twelve counts of burglary in the third degree, two counts of criminal mischief in the third degree, nine counts of larceny in the sixth degree, and two counts of conspiracy. Bond was set at $10,000, and a court date scheduled for March 25. Gurga, who is currently involved in four cases involving burglary and motor vehicle offenses, was released from custody on bail pending his next court date.
  • On March 5, Michael Gibbs, 21, of Fitch Street was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Gibbs was released without bond, and has a court date scheduled for March 17. Gibbs is currently involved in a second drug case stemming from a January arrest in New Haven.
  • On March 4, Craig Kline, 25, of Wallingford, CT was arrested for evading responsibility and failing to grant right of way on a private road. Bond was set at $500, and a cout date set for March 15. 
  • On March 4, Christopher McGirl, 29, of Washington Avenue, was arrested on one court of larceny in the sixth degree. McGirl was released without bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on March 17. McGirl is currently involved in nine other cases involving drugs, motor vehicle violations, and breach of peace stemming from arrests in several towns, including Middletown, and New Haven.
