Three Arrested for Illegal Possession of Prescription Drugs

Two collared for oxycodone and suboxone, another for forging prescriptions.

Two East Haven men were arrested Thursday afternoon after a search of their car by North Haven police turned up oxycodone and suboxone. Both were charged with possession of narcotics.

In addition, Luke Wallace, 30, was also charged with Illegal manufacturing, distribution or sale of a prescription drug, and possession of a controlled substance.

Wallace was held on $5000 bond.

The second man, Kyle Goodale, 35, was released without bond.

Both are scheduled to appear in court on July 14.

Later that day, Brian DiCarlo, 32, of Waterbury was arrested on charges of illegally obtaining narcotics and prescription drugs, forgery in the second degree, and conspiracy and criminal attempt for both crimes following an investigation at the Target pharmacy.

In June, Joseph Pollio,29, of East Haven was charged with identical counts in connection to the pharmacy. DiCarlo's is the second arrest stemming from the investigation.

DiCarlo was held on a $50,000 bond, and will appear in court on July 14.

According to police, more arrests are expected in the case.
