Board of Ed to Decide on Non-Tenured Employees

Several branches of North Haven government meet this week. The agendas are attached to this article

There are several meetings in North Haven this week, including a special meeting with the Board of Education. The board is meeting on Monday, April 30 to make a recommendation on what to do with non-tenured employees for the next school year. 

The meeting begins at 5 p.m. in the Board of Education meeting room on 5 Linsley St. After that agenda item, the board is expected to go into a private executive session to discuss personnel matters.

  • The Police Commission meets on May 1 at 7:30 p.m. in the on 18 Church St. to discuss various items, such as a scholarship and putting a stop sign on Manor Drive and Fitch St.
  • The North Haven Housing Authority meets at 55 Pool Road on April 3 at 4 p.m. (See attached agenda).
  • The Board of Selectman meet in the community room at the library on Thursday at 7 p.m. No agenda is available yet.
