5:00pm BOE MEETING for April 30 CANCELLED. A big sign on the back door read: "Special BOE Meeting for April 30,2012 has been cancelled". Was this due to conflicts coming from Gov. Dannel Malloy's Teacher Tenure changes or was this due to Mike Freda's involvement? Meetings cancelled this past month include the Blight Property Ordinance meeting of April and the Police Commission Meeting of April as well - delayed to May 1st? It seems like Mike Freda isn't on the same page as others and there's many "Conflicts of Interest' playing out behind the scenes stemming from inside Town Government. Scheduling is often changed, just like the strange programming of NHTV that runs Tony Recigno's Election of 1989, since last week. We can't go according to the scheduling on the Civic Calendar or the scheduling shown on NHTV programming of Town Meetings, it seems. a lot seems to change in the last minute. There appears to besome disagreement on when people need to come together and discuss issues in a timely professional fashion. I'm sure the BOS Meeting this Thursday will be full of excuses, if thats not cancelled, too.
