First Selectman Mike Freda has announced that a curbside bulk-pickup program for the town of North Haven will begin April 2.
According to a Town Hall announcement, bulk items are defined as: large upholstered items, such as couches, chairs, mattresses, box springs, love seats, sectionals and recliner chairs; appliances, such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges and dish washers; and scrap metals, such as curtain rods, bicycles, metal tables, metalladders, lawn mowers, metal grills, air conditioners, etc.
