Deadline for Licensing Your Dog Is Tomorrow

Tomorrow is the last business day in June, which means it is the last day to register your dog at North Haven Town Hall before incurring a late fee.

There are only a handful of days left in June–and only two business days including today. And while that means the fun in the sun has begun, it also means it's time to get your favorite pet pooch a new license.

To license your dog, you must have the current rabies certificate with the expiration date of the rabies vaccine and if the dog is neutered or spayed, a certificate from the veterinarian must be presented.

The cost for registering your spayed or neutered dog, which is mandated by the state, is $8, while the fee for a non-neutered or non-spayed dog is $19. Fees are accepted in cash or by check. After June 30, a late fee of $1 per month is charged in addition to the fees below.
