North Haven Earth Day Celebration

The North Haven Conservation Commission is sponsoring its fourth annual Earth Day Celebration on Saturday, May 5, 2012 from 11am-2pm at the North Haven Middle School, 55 Bailey Road.

Join us for information on organic gardening & lawn care, environmentally friendly products, ways to save energy including fuel-efficient cars.  Green businesses, environmental groups, and community organizations will all be in attendance.

There will be children’s activities including crafts & live children’s music. Projects & posters will be on display that were created by elementary and middle school students. Free refreshments will be served.

First Selectman, Mike Freda will be in attendance with welcoming remarks.
