Fasano Receives AARP Accolade
State Senator wins AARP's 2011 Legislative Achievement Award
State Senator Len Fasano (R-North Haven) was presented with the American Association for Retired People's (AARP) 2011 Legislative Achievement Award for his advocacy regarding healthcare and economic security.
This year, Fasano has supported l, a bill and has been active in dispensing aid information related to both Tropical Storm Irene and the October blizzard.
The award was presented on Monday, November 14 at the Aqua Turf Club in Plantsville.
