The meeting is intended to address two distinct points, first to consider and finalize the recommendation of the Board of Finance to take action regarding the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012; and second, to set up due dates and the number of installments required for the payment of property taxes.

The meeting will conclude with the recommendation that citizens vote in the May 19 referendum on the proposed budget.
