Vote Tuesday in the Budget Referendum

Tuesday, May 21 from 6am to 8pm is the day to vote!

Today is the day to vote in the North Haven Budget Referendum.  Here are all the details for voters:

What:  The $86,851,307 town and school budgets proposed for fiscal '13-'14

Where: All voters vote at the Mildred A. Wakeley Recreation Center, 7 Linsley Street (across from the police station).  This is a change this year from the five separate polling locations normally used in an election. 

Time: Polls are open from 6am to 8pm.

What is the vote/question:  There is one question on the referendum:  "Shall the Town of North Haven, in accordance with the recommendation of the Board of Finance, approve and adopt a budget consisting of $46,970,908 for the Board of Education and $39,880,399 for the Town Government, for a total amount of $86,851,307 for the fiscal year July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014?  Mark "Yes" or "No."
